Process

My UX process is a structured approach to designing meaningful, user-centred experiences. I start by understanding users and their context, then define clear problems and goals. From there I design and prototype solutions, test them with users in realistic scenarios, and iterate until the experience feels intuitive and accessible.

Discover

This phase is all about understanding the problem space. It involves gathering insights through user research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder interviews to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities. The goal is to explore broadly and remain open to all possibilities.

Define

Insights from the Discover phase are distilled into a clear problem statement and user needs. This stage focuses the direction of the project by aligning the team around a specific challenge, defining success criteria and prioritising features to set the foundation for effective ideation.

Develop

With a clear problem defined, I move into ideation and development. Through sketching, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping I translate research insights into tangible solutions, iterating rapidly to explore a wide solution space.

Deliver

The final phase involves testing prototypes with real users, gathering feedback, and refining the design. I document design decisions, produce handoff-ready assets, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure the vision is realised accurately.
